WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDIT ON ALL CUSTOM-ORDERED OR SERVICES AT PRINTSIGNCO DUE TO THE FACTS OF PERSONAL INPUTS, WORDINGS, COLOR SELECTIONS, GRAPHIC DESIGN, TYPE OF SUBSTRATES, DURABILITY, AND OTHER FACTORS LIKE WEATHER CONDITIONS AND NATURAL OFFSETS. 
It's the client/customer's RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK, EXAMINE, AND VERIFY the product or SERVICE before MAKING a PURCHASE OR before LEAVING THE SHOP, OR AFTER DELIVERY TO CONFIRM ORDER ACCURACY AND SATISFACTION. 
We allow THREE DAYS FOR manufacturing default OR PRODUCTION MISPRINT, AND WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY claim after this period.   WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDIT ON ANY CUSTOM-ORDERED OR SERVICES AT PRINTSIGNCO DUE TO THE FACTS OF PERSONAL INPUTS, WORDINGS, COLOR SELECTIONS, GRAPHIC DESIGN, TYPE OF SUBSTRATES, DURABILITY, AND OTHER FACTORS LIKE WEATHER CONDITIONS AND NATURAL OFFSETS. IT'S THE CLIENT/CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK, EXAMINE, AND VERIFY THE SPELLING, CORRECTNESS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION, AND CONTACT INFORMATION LIKE PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL BEFORE PAYING AND CONCLUDING THE ORDER. IT’S ALSO THE CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK AND VERIFY ALL PRODUCTS OR SERVICES RENDERED BEFORE MAKING A COMPLETE PURCHASE, OR BEFORE LEAVING THE SHOP WHEN PICKUP, OR AFTER DELIVERY TO CONFIRM ORDER ACCURACY AND SATISFACTION. WE ALLOW THREE BUSINESS DAYS FOR MANUFACTURING DEFAULT OR STORE PRODUCTION MISPRINT ONLY, AND WILL NOT HONOR CLAIMS AFTER THAT.
